When implementation of a new performance software, STT tested the solutions of eight different vendors – and finally decided on Vertec. In addition to technical advantages, Vertec’s corporate philosophy was also decisive.

Schoch Treuhand Team AG (STT) is in many ways an unconventional trust office. While ties, titles, paragraphs and numbers shape the general mood in other offices, STT focuses on sportswear, first names and human values. STT’s mission statement and “Code of Morals” place honesty and credibility at the top of the list and define success through quality of life and independence.
However, STT does not only set high standards when it comes to its own ethical stance. Fiduciaries also expect performance software to meet extraordinary quality standards. Before implementation of a new business software, the company tested the solutions of eight different vendors against a detailed catalogue of requirements. In doing so, STT took into account not only technological but also process and business criteria. Finally, STT invited three vendors to present their solutions on-location based on concrete data.
The clear winner of the evaluation process was Vertec. “Vertec seemed to us to be the most modern and flexible solution in every respect,” said Roland Hitz, partner and managing Director of STT at the time. In addition to the technical advantages, Vertec’s high level of customer orientation also spoke to us – a value that STT employees also cherish in their contact with their customers.

a brief implementation was enough to familiarize STT employees with the new software. Thanks to the clear user interface, they were able to understand entering their service type with Vertec after a training session lasting just under half a day. Vertec supporters were always there to answer any questions. For the then managing Managing Director, this support was also very valuable: “Such a solution-oriented collaboration is in line with our expectations of a professional and trusting partnership.”
Vertec also demonstrated its great adaptability when it came to integrating existing mandate management and other process foundations as part of ISO 9001 implementation and certification.
