Professional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) documents the entire life cycle of a product. All data from development and production to sales and customer service are systematically and uniformly entered. This makes it possible, for example, to optimize services already in the planning phase. One of the standard solutions for PLM comes from the German software manufacturer SAP.
