Ferax owners know that trust is a precious commodity – and that they cannot force their customers’ trust. “Trust is always based on positive experiences and assessments,” says Renzo Peduzzi, one of the seven partners at Ferax. “Because of what we have fiduciary achieved as trustees, our clients trust that we will continue to represent their concerns well in the future – although, logically speaking, there is no proof of this yet.” In order to prove itself as a trustee under these conditions, it takes not only expertise, but also personal form and knowledge of people.
Ferax primarily serves small and medium-sized companies from various sectors in the areas of legal and tax consultancy, auditing and accounting. The company’s shares are held exclusively by its partners, all of whom are actively involved in the company. “Every decision we make therefore affects us not only as employees, but also as owners,” says Peduzzi.
When they implementation Vertec to their office, the fiduciaries had no guarantee that the new business software would work – but they trusted it. “Everything we had seen from Vertec before spoke for the software,” says Peduzzi. Previous Applications lacked meaningful reporting capabilities. “In Vertec, we can now create the detailed evaluations we want ourselves or have them created with little hour,” says the auditor. “This gives us a clear data basis for both operational and strategic decisions. In addition, we can explain to our customers better what we have done for them.” The open software architecture was therefore an important reason for Vertec. “We saw right from the start that Vertec is extremely flexible and can be adapted to the needs of our society,” says Peduzzi, who enjoys dealing with IT issues both professionally and privately.

Today, Ferax owners can no longer imagine working without Vertec. “Vertec offers us a total solution that allows us to handle all our processes in the same program,” says Peduzzi. This makes day-to-day work easier and pays off financially, thanks to less time spent on administrative work.
