. The company’s controlling was put into operation in two stages. When Vertec was introduced in 2014, the project controlling, which until now had been created in Excel, was mapped in Vertec. A semi-automated Word report could be exported from it, which had to be edited manually.
With the update to Vertec 6.0, the initial situation to customize pages was created to control the controlling. This was implemented in 2016 and can be accessed online at any time.
Boess engineers also place great importance on efficiency, reliability and future viability in their own companies. That is why, after taking stock of a project, the necessary phases (e.g. according to SIA) are stored in Vertec. After offer quotations have been created, all employees involved in the project meticulously enter their services into the correct phase. And external services can also be assigned to the projects. In the case of (partial) invoicing, a completed phase is charged and the amounts are automatically transferred to the accounting software.
