With Vertec, the entire sales process from the initial contact to the signed order can be mapped and documented. In addition, Vertec can entered, manage and evaluate sales opportunities.
Opportunities are entered as opportunities with expected order date, estimated order amount, status and probability. This gives you an overview of your sales pipeline at any time, and all potential orders can be weighted and incorporated into Resource Planning.
An activity can be used to document the customer communication on a sales opportunity or create a create-up as a task to manage important deadlines and deadlines. An opportunity can create projects directly from a project.
a offer (called a offer in Switzerland) is always created on the basis of the Vertec object project. In the offer, project phases are compiled with corresponding budgets. The sum of the budgets of all project phases of phase quotation offers in the quotation sum.
If the offer is accepted by the contract, only the status of the offer or individual project phases needs to be changed to “Accepted”. This updates the project structure and the project budget and is ready for performance recording.
The status change is saved with a date. In this way, incoming orders and rejected offers can be evaluated per period.
Offers can be printed as Word or PDF reports or sent directly by email.
The corresponding documents also land directly in the relationship history via activity.
