Windows always changes the format settings during updates if German (Switzerland) is selected. The numeric block separator does not work.

After updating Windows, it may happen that in the format settings for German (Switzerland) the decimal sign for numbers is no longer the period, but the comma, and as a grouping of digits the period instead of the semicolon.
Another problem may be that the symbol for grouping numbers is a typographic rather than a mathematical quotation point.
This means that for input fields that are not based on the currency format, the separators of the numeric block, etc. no longer work, which also has an effect in Vertec, e.g. when entering services.
In the Windows profile under Time and Region > Formats > More settings, click the Reset button or enter the correct icons manually.
Under Time and Region > Region > Administration, you can apply these formatting settings to the system accounts (Local System, Local Service, Network Service, etc):
If the Vertec cloud server is running as a service on an English or German (German, Germany) Windows server, the cloud clients for Swiss regions may display the numbers in the wrong format despite the correct regional setting. The problem can be solved by running the Vertec cloud server service as a Windows user instead of via the system:
