Rename Honorarnote to Rechnung

Customers who use Vertec in German with Program Jargon Mandates work with terms such as Mandat, Klient and Honorarnote instead of Projekt, Kunde and Rechnung. Customers who work with cases but still prefer the term Rechnung can use this additional feature to replace the term Honorarnote with Rechnung.

This additional feature replaces the term Honorarnote with Rechnung. For this purpose, 265 Translations are created when importing the config set. All other terms specific to the mandate remain.
