Plug-in: Conflict check

Cases received through this plug-in the page Mandatseröffnung mit Konfliktcheck . After the assignment of counterparties, the conflict check is carried out according to predefined criteria. The results are listed both on one page and in a separate subfolder, differentiated by colour.

Download and install

Requirements

• The Expert product line is a prerequisite for this plug-in.
• Additional classes 18 and 19 may not yet be in use.

Application

Through the plug-in, a case. On this page, counterparties can be entered, interweaving and interweaving of the counterparty can be entered and a conflict check can be carried out.

Perform conflict check

When opening a mandate, go to the Mandate Opening page with Conflict Check:

Arrange one or more Gegenparteien and click on the button Neuer Konfliktcheck . This creates the Conflict Checks subfolder:

When performing the conflict check, the following addresses of the case are taken into account:

• Client
• Honorary grade address
• ordering party
• Pre-allocated counterparties

Note: Is this Plug-in: Invoice splitting are activated and are assigned to a case Honorary Note Recipients, an additional field with the corresponding addresses appears.

• In the field Zusätzliche Adresse can be searched for any other address.
• In the field Suchbegriff can enter a free text, which is searched in addresses and interweaving.

The following options can be added:

• Mutter/Tochter-Strukturen berücksichtigen : If this option is enabled, the entire company network, consisting of all parent companies and their subsidiaries, is searched.
• Kontakte berücksichtigen : If this option is enabled, the company is searched. If a contact is searched, the company is also searched forcompany.
• Abgelehnte Mandate berücksichtigen : If this option is enabled, rejected cases will also be taken into account. Otherwise, these cases will not appear in the result.

Now click on the button Konfliktcheck durchführen . The name and alias of the defined addresses as well as the fields Interweaving and interweaving Counterparties are searched on all (also inactive) cases. The actual search can only be executed exactly once per conflict check. If you want to search again, a new conflict check must be created. This will document each conflict check.

View conflict check results

As soon as the first conflict check has been performed, the subfolders Resultate Konfliktcheck created.

For each result, the data found will be saved and displayed in different colors. Red means critical, green means uncritical and yellow means that the result still needs to be checked.

Addresses added to the search by contact or parent/daughter relationships are marked (Affiliated company) or (Contact Related company) in the results list. If the address was not found on any case, this is also reported.

In addition, a Results Conflict Check page is created on the case and all conflict checks performed on the case are logged.

Accept / reject cases

On the Mandate opening page with conflict check, the case can then be rejected or accepted by decision. The user, date and time are noted on the page.

Interweaving

After that, interweavings that are relevant for future mandate openings can be entered.

Both the interweavings and the interweavings of the counterparties (counter-attorney) can be stored. Enter terms here that you can use to identify an interweaving later (e.g. company name).
