If no changes take place in the company, nothing needs to be changed in Vertec. The necessary settings and Settings for the users are automatically maintained by Vertec.
So you only have to do something if there is a fundamental change in your standard time system (e.g. new 5 weeks vacation instead of 4 weeks). In this case, you will find the necessary information in the article Faq standard hours and vacations .
For absences, you should enter the holidays in the Absence List for the next year so that the target time calculation calculates correctly. This can be done manually or automatically via the Holiday Import .
If the calendar year is used as the prefix in the Invoice Number , the prefix must be adjusted accordingly in the Prefix settings.
When using an accounting interface, depending on the extension, the accounting period must be changed in the System Settings Accounting .
