Vertec offers a holistic overview of projects and cases as well as the opportunity to present individual needs.

The invoicing and management of a project/case is divided into phases , subphases and the arising results. You can define milestones, such as the completion of a phase, which provides a clear method for planning and managing projects/cases. In addition, milestones can simplify invoicing, as they can also be used to complete fixed-price phases.

If phases and tasks are transferred to Resource Planning , the team can see at a glance which tasks and processes they need to complete by when.

You can predefine project groups using project types . For example, currency and VAT type can be preset, and assignments of payment types, users, service types, expense types and outlay types can be predefined. However, budget values can also be saved on projects and phases. These are used to compare planned and actual values and to generate various evaluations.
