Vertec offers you a variety of document management options. You can link existing documents with Vertec or create new documents from Vertec.
Reports are registered in Vertec and can thus be called up directly via a menu item at the desired locations.
You also have the option of creating user-defined reports and running them directly from Vertec. An Office report
system is available for this, with which Word, Excel and PDF reports can be created and printed. You can find an overview in the article The Vertec reporting system

With the additional feature Email templates you can attach and send reports directly to an email, or to send the content of Word reports formatted directly as email text.
