The following known issues may occur:

Infoniqa ONE 200 extension uses the wrong database

The Activex extension of Infoniqa ONE 200 opens the wrong database in the following situation:

If there are two Infoniqa ONE 200 databases on a SQL server, and if the ODBC setting is set to integrated security, the Activex extension only opens the standard Infoniqa ONE 200 database. The Infoniqa ONE 200 Financial interface can handle this correctly.

To fix the problem, create your own ODBC source for the 2nd database.

Project code too long

When opening farm accounting projects, only 15 symbols of the project code are applied. If the project code is longer, the rest is truncated.

Multiple posting fails

If you want to cancel a posting that has already been posted and then post it again, the error message “A posting with external number 12345 already exists” may occur.

To avoid this error, in Infoniqa ONE 200, select the Tools > Settings > Accounts receivable/accounts payable menu and select the entry Do not check duplicate external posting number to Do not check for the value.

Infoniqa ONE 200 on Terminal Server: invalid class string

If no accounting software is available, the error message invalid class string appears. This message can occur on terminal server, even if both Vertec and Infoniqa ONE 200 can be started on the computer.

The solution is to install the Infoniqa ONE 200 client in the special Terminal Server installation mode. The mode can be found in the command line (cmd) via change user /install Without this installation mode, the extension can only be used with the user with whom the initial installation was made on the Terminalserver.
