How to start Vertec Cloud Suite

Vertec Cloud Suite customers receive access after purchasing the app on the App Portal . You can reach the App Portal via the link provided or via the link shown in the Customer Portal .
From the App Portal, you can launch the Vertec Web App and the Vertec Cloud App, and set up the Vertec Phone App and the Vertec Outlook App. See the following article for more details: App Portal for cloud clients .
You can access the Vertec Web App directly in your browser by clicking on the relevant button.
The Vertec Cloud App must be installed locally (once) before use via the relevant button in the App Portal. The Vertec Cloud App allows integration with other Windows applications as well as access to the local file system.
Using the credentials you received, log into the Vertec Web App or Vertec Cloud App.
The very first time you log in, a configuration wizard appears, with which you can make the initial settings. See the following article for more details: Vertec Cloud Suite configuration wizard.
Now you can set up Vertec step by step and start working with Vertec.
Note: The administrator should not work with Vertec. Instead, they should create and work with users. The administrator is an additional user (i.e. number of licenses + 1), and is only meant to make basic settings and adjustments.
