Throughout our implementation projects, customer solutions are created that fit exactly to the relevant law firm. Different customer projects thus create a common basis for functions such as invoice splitting or deadline management. As soon as a completed function is ready, we publish it for free as an “additional feature” on our Knowledge Base. This is how industry expertise becomes software.
The field-proven additional features usually provide at least 80 % of the functionality of a requested function. The 20 % remaining can be delivered lightly and quickly with individual adjustments.

Yes, it is possible to allocate different user rights in Vertec. These rights are then valid throughout the Vertec software.
The following permission types are possible:
User rights apply on user group level and affect all users of a specific user group.
Test instances are created fully automatically via our Customer Portal. The trial period is 30 days and ends automatically. For technical reasons, it cannot be extended.
Alternatively, before the 30-day period expires, you can either renew it by purchasing at least one Vertec license or sign in again with a different email address. Purchase of a license will allow you to continue working with the database and URL used in the original trial period.
