Create templates and email documents directly from vertec with outlook
This additional feature speeds up the dispatch of documents. It allows you to attach documents directly from Vertec emails and send them with Microsoft Outlook. Create your own individual email templates (report templates) beforehand.
This not only eliminates the need to manually save files and click to switch from Vertec to the mentioned email client, but the created documents can be sent directly from Vertec to Outlook. By default, the two e-mail templates offer and invoice are already created.
Other email templates can be created individually and can be assigned to different classes such as offer, invoice or dunning. Each email template can be provided with information such as the recipient, subject line, the name of the file in the attachment and also the text in the email body via Python code, so that these no longer have to be added manually.
It also includes the possibility of using Word documents as body in email templates.
In the root folder “Settings,” the folder “Report Sending” is created with the subfolder “Templates Report Sending”.
