Additional Feature: Event Management

Create, manage and bill events in vertec

This additional feature supports you in the planning of corporate events and makes it easy to manage leads, attendees and cancellations, evaluate and bill events. The additional function additional feature automatically creates the required folder structures.

Events are displayed in Vertec as projects of the “Event” type. Contact can either be selected and assigned individually or grouped in Contact, Expression folders. Email addresses of desired contacts can be exported for distribution lists, for example to send invitations.

The management of the different statuses of the contacts is clear: The checkbox can be used to differentiate between invitation, participation, cancellation or no-show. In order to handle the billing of your events additional features as easily, the additional function provides an invoice template with which the participation fees can be settled.

How It Works

The additional feature Eventmanagement provides class settings and page adjustments for the additional class 26, creates eight custom field items and also the root folder Eventmanagement with these subfolders:

  • All active events
  • Inactive events
  • Contact folder Events
  • Queries

For the use of this additional feature, the Vertec “Expert” product line is a prerequisite.
