Course basics and administration

Learn all the important basics for working with vertec every day in two days.

Course contents

In this two-day course, you will learn the basics of Vertec as a daily working tool, such as:

  • Manage addresses (recording, structuring, mail merge)
  • Capture and manage projects and phases (incl. rates, user rights, budgeting, TARGET-ACTUAL comparisonsentered)
  • Create invoices (VAT, print, manipulate invoices, post invoices)
  • Set up categories and keywords
  • Set up HR (hour controls, vacation and overtime)
  • Implementation to the Vertec 6.6 revised version Ressourcenplanung
  • Vertec data using  Business Intelligence (BI) Modul  Evaluate

No previous Vertec knowledge is required. Basic knowledge of Windows is required.
