Intro Call
In a video conference, we get to know each other better. By "us", we mean usually a person from HR and possibly our respective team lead. During this video call we'd like to learn more about your motivation, qualification and your expectations and are happy to answer questions about Vertec and the position advertised. If both sides consider it a possible fit, we arrange an appointment for a personal interview with us on location.

Personal Interview
Here you have the opportunity to get to know our offices and the Vertec team on location. In the best case, we can also combine this directly with a trial day. It is important to us that we get the best possible picture of each other. From our point of view, the best way to achieve this is to spend time together, be it talking, having lunch together, etc. If the symbols are green on both sides, there is nothing standing in the way of a job at Vertec.
