a communications agency is not a law firm. This was the experience of Yvonne Obrecht, managing director of Publix, when she was looking for a suitable performance software for her agency. Originally, Obrecht entered the hours of her employees in Excel spreadsheets. However, this solution was “very laborious” and “never accurate,” says Obrecht. “Furthermore, I could not properly evaluate the data and assess the productivity of the individual projects” – a significant disadvantage, because productivity, according to Obrecht, is the heart of a company. Publix initially introduced a performance software designed for law firms, but Obrecht soon realized that the software was not tailored to their needs.

While looking for an alternative, the managing director came across Vertec via the Internet – and immediately felt at home. She decided to use Vertec in her company. The subsequent installation and implementation by a Vertec specialist in the workplace went smoothly, and Obrecht had only good experiences with Vertec’s support afterwards: “The Vertec specialists always respond quickly and competently to questions and individual requests.”
