Vertec was to be put into operation quickly. The Cloud Suite was solved at the push of a button and the software already met the requirements of Kröck Sabel Köppel excellently in the standard version.
Minor adjustments to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the tariff structure and the invoicing workflow were implemented promptly by the Vertec project manager. Due to the international orientation of the firm, the project leader implemented a further adjustment: The documents from Vertec should be automatically provided in the appropriate language and address format of the recipient country.
