In order to remain efficient in their highly competitive market, Gartenmann Engineering was looking for a complete system that could centrally enter and manage existing and future customer data – exactly according to the needs of engineers and management.

When it comes to new construction and renovation, integral concepts have a future: energy, the environment, acoustics, building physics – everything has to be taken into account. Regulation and standards are constantly changing, and competitive pressure is increasing! Gartenmann Engineering, which runs a network of five branches from Bern, has responded to these challenges. A complete entering of all work and a comprehensive project overview are essential, as the company supervises many small projects with a duration of up to three years and adds 800 new orders every year.

Entering new data and centralising existing information – that’s what Stefan Berner, deputy managing director, wanted. Due to the decentralised storage of customer data, efficient controlling was hardly possible.
