Creaholic SA engineers and designers design new products and technologies for an international clientele. To ensure that their inventiveness pays off in accounting, the company relies on Vertec’s software solution.
Packaging, watches, cars or medical devices – many items that directly or indirectly shape everyday life also contain a piece of Creaholic. For 30 years, the Biel-based innovation forge has been searching for innovations for companies such as Nestlé, BMW or Tetra Pak and developing them further, depending on the order, until they are ready for the market.

But even creativity is hard business. At Creaholic, too, order processing follows a clear scheme with project phases and a financial framework. The company therefore relies on a powerful business software that enables employees to easily track time and expenses and enables the Management Team to plan and control effectively.
The philosophy behind Vertec’s software was decisive for Creaholic’s decision to use Vertec when looking for an integrated CRM and CRM system. “The software is based on a number of clear basic ideas, which were then consistently implemented,” says André Klopfenstein, Managing Partner at Creaholic: “The application is ingeniously simple and complex at the same time – it could be our own.”
Creaholic has now been working with Vertec for ten years. Vertec has been able to keep up with the rapid change in IT technology. “Thanks to the regular updates, Vertec is always up to date – for example, the service entry with the smartphone came just at the right time,” says Klopfenstein. Vertec employees have always been able to help quickly and competently with questions.

Vertec also kept pace with the development of the dynamic company at all times. “If we wanted to adapt our processes or complete additional tasks with Vertec, it was easy to do so,” says Klopfenstein. Vertec specialists set up several new extensions to other programs or generated new report templates with which documents could be created in a standardized way. This left the company’s creative minds more time for their core business – innovations and new developments.
