In the IT sector, Cocus offers services that are clearly defined in terms of time and price, guaranteeing the customer’s calculation security. In order for these services to remain profitable, COCUS has to continuously optimize its internal processes. Therefore, an overall business solution was sought that accurately maps all core processes, can be flexibly expanded and replaces the previous stand-alone solutions. An overall solution that also allows all the analyses necessary to increase efficiency to be carried out on an ongoing basis.
“Our core processes are mapped in the standard,” says Klaus Pfarr. “They were implemented in less than three months!”. For example, there was no need to adjust bills of materials in order to be able to enter projects and consultants.
In addition, thanks to Vertec’s industry expertise, COCUS-specific enhancements such as applicant management with office integration were easily installed.
No more forgotten services: All services and expenses, including those of suppliers, are entered promptly, saved centrally and processed using standardized processes. The entering can be done not only via PC client, but also via laptop and Internet or via an iPhone app – for example, when the COCUS consultant works at his customer’s premises. This allows quick invoicing and a constantly updated, precise determination of the remaining budget.
