Deviating external value

The chargeable external value is shown on the individual service from the service entry, expense entry and outlays. This may differ from the entered external value.

Here, in the example, you can see that CHF 320.00 was actually entered. The service still shows 0.00. Why? There are several reasons for this. On the surface, however, it is difficult to determine why exactly this service shows zero.

The reason for the deviation is displayed in a tooltip: If you place the cursor on the deviating external value, the reason for the deviation is shown:

The following reasons are shown:

• Non-chargeable service type (for services)
• Non-chargeable type (for expenses, outlays)
• Non-chargeable phase
• Fixed-price phase
• Fixed-price invoice
• Reentered
• Forwarding (for outlays)

The text of the displayed reason can also be accessed via OCL. The relevant attribute is wertExtReason and displays the reason for the deviating value in the current language.
