On folders and individual entries, you can open the properties dialog with the right mouse button or the Actions menu:

Internal ID |
This is the unique identification number of this object. It is unique in Vertec. The member or access is via objid (until Vertec 6.2.0.6 boldid). For more information, see OCL expressions. The internal ID is automatically assigned when the objects are created and it cannot be changed. |
Entry ID |
All objects that Vertec creates by default contain an entry ID. This can be seen clearly in the example above: Vertec provides the public folder by default, but the project was created by the customer. The entry ID is important for translations and when importing config sets. For a detailed description, see using the entry ID. |
Free reference |
The member or access via OCL is called freeReference and is a string type. The free reference field is available to users. By default, it is not used in Vertec logic. It is used, for example, in migrations to store migration information and is set or read out again via scripts. |
