Vertec offers with the ProCall add-in a telephony integration in Vertec via ProCall from estos (https://www.estos.de/). The add-in runs with ProCall versions from 5.1.104.41061.
In order to be able to install the Vertec ProCall add-in, ProCall must be completed. To do this, the Procall menu must be accessed via the taskbar and click on Exit:
To install the ProCall add-in, run the file InstallProCallAddin.bat
with local administrator rights, which is located in the Addins subdirectory of the Vertec installation.
For incoming and outgoing calls, ProCall displays a telephone window (popup). If the Vertec ProCall add-in is installed, a button Open Address in Vertec appears there. For example, for incoming calls, you can open the corresponding address with the customer history directly in Vertec and have all the necessary data at hand at the push of a button.

The addresses from the Vertec address management are accessed via COM.
You can also select multiple addresses and open them in Vertec. A new tab will be opened in Vertec for each selected address.
Searching in Vertec (specifically number resolution) only works when Vertec is started and the user is logged in.
If the ProCall add-in is installed, you can dial directly from Vertec via ProCall. The numbers are transmitted via URI to the ProCall client.
For incoming calls, ProCall searches the CommsChannel for the number to be resolved and applies contact data such as name, location, address. If several addresses in Vertec have the same number, the one entered first (lowest ID) will be taken.
The user logged on to Vertec must have read access to normalizedziel
(CommsChannel class). This is guaranteed by the supplied default user group.
