• The Expert product line is a prerequisite for this plug-in.

Application

You can charge services on internal projects without having to create a pro forma invoice. Internal Projects are projects that Unproductive project types are assigned.

You can do this by right-clicking on a single project or on several projects by clicking on the action button or clicking on the menu item Internal services, expenses and outlays.

A date interval can be specified during charging.

• From date: Apply to all services, expenses and outlays from that date until today.
• To date: Cover all services, expenses and outlays up to the date indicated.
• No date specified: All services, expenses and outlays are taken.
• Charging: Power charged from open services, expenses and outlays using the above criteria.
• Undo charging: Undo charging of services, expenses and outlays using the above criteria. All charged services, expenses and outlays that are not on an invoice are converted back to open ones.
