Updated: 21.11.2022 | Available from version 6.6, additional feature replaces menu item

Note: The menu item has been expanded with version 6.6. However, the functionality has been replicated and is available for download via the additional feature charging internal entries .

You can charge services to internal projects without having to create a pro forma invoice. Internal projects are projects that are assigned to an unproductive project type.

You can do this by calling up the menu item Charge internal services, expenses and outlays ... on an individual project or several projects.

The following dialog appears:

For charging, you can specify the date interval.

  • From date: Applies to all services, expenses and outlays from that date until today.
  • To date: Covers all services, expenses and outlays up to the date indicated.
  • No date specified: Takes all services, expenses and outlays.
  • Charge: Sets open services, expenses and outlays to charged, using the above-mentioned criteria. After charging, the services, expenses and outlays are no longer defined in Vertec as open, but as charged.
  • Undo charge: Undoes charging of services, expenses and outlays using the above-mentioned criteria. All the charged services, expenses and outlays that are not found on an invoice are converted back to open ones.
