Problems posting with Infoniqa ONE 200

The ActiveX extension of Infoniqa ONE 200 opens the wrong database in the following situation:

If there are two Infoniqa ONE 200 databases on a SQL server, and if the ODBC setting is set to integrated security, the ActiveX extension opens only the standard Infoniqa ONE 200 database. The Infoniqa ONE 200 Finance interface can handle this correctly.

To fix the problem, create your own ODBC source for the 2nd database.

When opening farm accounting projects, only 15 symbols of the project code are applied. If the project code is longer, the rest is truncated.

If you cancel an already posted document and then post it again, the error message “A document with external number 12345 already exists” may appear.

To avoid this error, select the Tools > Settings > Debtor/creditor menu in Infoniqa ONE 200. Set the entry Do not check duplicate external document number to do not check for the value.

If no accounting software is available, the error message invalid class string appears. This message can occur on terminal servers, even if both Vertec and Infoniqa ONE 200 can be started on the computer.

The solution is to install the Infoniqa ONE 200 client in the special Terminal Server installation mode. The mode can be found in the command line (cmd) via change user /install without this installation mode, the extension can only be used with the user with whom the initial installation was made on the TerminalServer.
