E-mail dispatch with Vertec

Outlook App

With the Vertec Outlook App , you get a Vertec sidebar in Outlook, with which you can access addresses, projects etc. in Vertec and save emails as activities. These are linked to the corresponding project/contact and also save any attachments. Not only in Vertec, but also in the Outlook app, a clear activity history with the respective address is made possible.

Send documents from Vertec by email

If documents are saved internally (system setting Document Storage Internally), they can be sent directly from the activity as an email:

Additional feature Report dispatch

With the Additional Feature Report Dispatch , documents from Vertec can be automatically attached and sent to Outlook e-mails and your own, individual e-mail templates can be created.

Via SMTP

The Vertec Python vtcapp.sendmail() feature allows you to send email from Vertec in cloud app, web app, and desktop app with the prerequisites described in system settings Email.

Cloud subscription suite customers will receive 1000 emails per month free of charge and customers via a Mailgun account provided by Vertec.

Via Outlook

The Vertec Python feature vtcapp.createoutlookmail() allows you to create an email message on the client via Outlook. Cloud app and desktop app only.
