Vertec recognizes four types of addresses, which can be entered via address management:
Click on the menu button + and select Account. Fill in the fields of the form accordingly. In the lower area of the form, you can enter the different communication channels for the account. If a communication channel is listed more than once in the list, select the communication channel (e.g. several email addresses) which is used as the default. ??? In the Further information area, you can enter details such as the customer number and bank details of the account.
Personal addresses are entered in the same way as account addresses.
A contact is a combination of an account and personal information. Click on the menu button + and then on Contact. Now enter the personal information and the account to complete the contact. The communication channels of the account and, if available, the person are shown for the contact. However, you can also enter your own communication channels on the contact. You can find the account and contact person at any time by using Vertec search.
Alternatively, a contact can be created as a link between an account and a person: This involves linking an existing account address and an existing personal address.
The couple works in a similar way to contact. The couple simply connects two people to each other. Like with contact, this can be done via a link to a person-object, or simply as text.
Create a new couple. You can now enter Person A and Person B, either by entering the first and last name in the fields, or by selecting a person in Vertec using the button with the three dots.
For addresses, you can assign a user as an account manager. Simply go to the detail view of the address and enter the information in the account manager field. A folder called Managed addresses now appears under the user who you have chosen as the account manager.
Optionally, you can customize the address layout or define your own layouts.

Addresses can be grouped according to different criteria. To do this, you need keyword folders.
