Opportunities can be entered, managed and evaluated in Vertec. Opportunities make it possible to present a lightweight sales process in Vertec. You get an overview of your up-to-date open sales opportunities, can search for opportunities and determine which completed opportunities have resulted in a project. In an evaluation, you can also view the expected revenue per salesperson over the course of the year.

Application

To work with opportunities, when Import this config set , the required link types are activated and the following folders are created:

The folder shows an overview of the up-to-date status of the open opportunities:

Customers and salespersons can be filtered and the probability of project entry is displayed graphically.

The weighted amount shall be determined by the formula:

Gewichteter Betrag = Betrag x Wahrscheinlichkeit

and thus provides an order of magnitude for the expected average turnover.

Opportunities Search

In this folder, you can filter by date, a salesperson, status and probability, or search for specific customers.

Completed Opportunities

In this folder are all inactive opportunities. They can be filtered by date, a salesperson and status. The list shows from which opportunity a project was created.

Evaluations

In this folder there is an annual overview of the planned closures of the opportunities grouped by salesperson.

Each month shows the sum of the amounts of the salesperson’s opportunities that are planned completion in that month. Opportunities that are not scheduled to close will not be taken into account.

When the checkbox Gewichteter Betrag is activated, the sum of the weighted amounts is shown instead of the sum of the amounts. The weighted amounts are calculated by multiplying the amount and the probability using the value of the Probability indicated on the opportunity.
