This application is an Additional Feature . The corresponding config set can be found here .
With the additional feature, the subfolder “Overview absences” is created in the root folder HR under “Evaluations”. The list can be filtered by time period, team leader and employee.
The tooltip shows all absences, including hourly absences, for the day. By default, active absences are shown in green and planned (inactive) absences are shown in yellow.
By clicking on the button, the absence of this day is opened in a new tab. If several absences are entered on one day, a dialog with a corresponding list is shown:
The colors of the out-of-office types can be customized under Settings > Users in the Out-of-office types folder. For an overview of all available colors, see the article List Settings .
Important information before importing the config set can be found in the article What to Interesting facts about the additional features . Config sets change data in Vertec, which can overwrite existing data.
