How well does Vertec fit to my fiduciary company?

Yes, Vertec can also be used as a mobile service entry system. With the Phone App, available for both Android and iOS, you can record entries using your smartphone.

Vertec has an interface to Microsoft SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). The Vertec sales partner Lean Business AG distributes an M-Files Connector for Vertec. Customer-specific extensions also exist for the DMS iManage, for example.

In order to provide the Vertec Cloud Suite, we use the infrastructure of external service providers based in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. We guarantee our customers a high standard in dealing with information security.

Modern fiduciary management requires a customizable solution for optimal financial management. Thanks to Vertec’s industry expertise, many additional features are realized for customer needs. In addition to clients, deadlines and invoices, Vertec also provides all the important data for the financial management of your company.

Every fiduciary company has individual requirements – be it for mandate processes, approvals or individual evaluations. In the implementation projects, customer solutions are created that fit exactly to the fiduciary company. The know-how from the implementations is used for the further development of the software.

Different customer projects thus create a common ground for functions such as invoice splitting or deadline management. As soon as a completed feature is ready, we publish it as a free “additional feature” on our Knowledge Base. This turns industry expertise into software.
The field-proven additional features yet provide at least 80 % of the required functionality. The remaining 20 % is delivered by quick and light individual adjustments.

Many trust companies often record their time and performance by using Excel or other time tracking tools. Afterwards, the data is copied manually to Word for invoicing. The back-office must then obtain approval from the relevant member of staff or fiduciary responsible for the services to be invoiced. After invoicing, the back-office sends the invoice back once again for final approval. Often changes are made to the texts or the services entered.

Approval procedures ensure that the correct services appear on the invoices and that the responsible fiduciary has approved them. The services can be approved periodically and then blocked for further adjustments. You can also implement any other approval procedures individually for each case. You can, for example, approve individual services or grouped services on individual lists of services. Once a month, the case manager or responsible fiduciary reviews the services and releases them altogether for invoicing.

Your back-office or administration can see at a glance which services can be charged and which should remain open until the next billing cycle. By approval of services, fewer subsequent adjustments to the invoices created are necessary.

Also a plus: internal communication is reduced to a minimum.

You create a new offer on an existing case. You select the service types (performance) and assign them to the offer. The budgeting follows as the next step.

One clear advantage: Case and offer are linked directly, which helps you save valuable time.
