Overviews for project controlling
This feature provides additional overviews of all types of projects, their budgeting and contribution margins
The additional function Additional featureProject Control” supports you in setting up project controlling according to your personal preferences. You always keep projects an eye on all active and inactive projects. Project Projects can be assigned to different keywords and categories, all of which can be defined individually.
Budget controlling gives you an overview of all the projects of the previously selected project leader. In addition, an overview of the budget situation for fees and expenses is shown. Is there a project that does not cover its costs? The “Project Coverageproject folder provides you with quick information.
How it works
Together with the root folder “Project Controlling” the following subfolders are also created:
- Project Search
- All active projects
- Inactive projects
- Projects by area
- Projects by Category
- Queries
