Working across countries with different currencies and languages
International teams, cross-border business relationships and global collaborations are standard today. Vertec is the right business software for international companies. Our solution offers you a multilingual interface that allows you to manage your customer and project relationships in different languages and currencies.
Manage projects and cases in different currencies. You can set one currency per project as the project currency. This gives you full flexibility for cross-border projects and allows you to create budget planning, offers and invoices directly in the local currency. By default, you can choose between four currencies: EUR, CHF, USD and GBP. However, because of Vertec’s high flexibility, it can be expanded to include any currency.
In order not to be confronted with courses and conversions during evaluations, enter a key currency in Vertec. It makes sense that this is the currency in which you usually bill. The main purpose of the key currency is to show joint evaluations in one currency, for example on reports or in the Business Intelligence module. The conversion takes place according to the exchange rates entered.
Vertec’s entire user interface, including in-application reports, is translated in real-time into the user-selected language via translation components. Vertec is available in German (Switzerland), German (Germany), French, Italian and English. In addition, the Vertec translation system allows for custom translations.
You can handle your customer and project relationships not only in your standard language, but also in other languages. In Vertec, German, French, Italian and English are stored as standard. Depend on the language selection, the stored service texts (or expense and expense texts) are used on each project in the correct language. Word Reports can be registered in the different languages. Depend on which language a project or address is assigned, the correct template is automatically selected. These Word templates must be created and registered separately for each language.
