Expand the basic hr function with additional overviews and evaluations on personnel deployment
The additional function additional featureHR” helps to quickly access project workers and users their status. It can also be filtered by their language skills and adjusted individually. With the help of the folderMonthly overview Absences” it absences possible to obtain an overview of when employees for whom a target time has previously standard hours entered are absent during holidays or vacations. Helpful: The folder “Folder” can be used to display overlapping absences.
The root folder HR also creates the following set of subfolders:
While the first two subfolders are used to search for project users and their linguistic qualification, the “Query” folder can be used to retrieve evaluations of employment status, worker balances and absences.
