Take advantage of the seamless integration of outlook and vertec.
Communication via email is an integral part of all project- or mandate-oriented service providers. Whether with customers/cases, suppliers or authorities – business communication is anchored in emails. This makes it all the more important that this communication is available for a complete contact history in Vertec. The Vertec Outlook App with many useful functions ensures the optimal CRM connection.
The CRM connection of the Outlook app offers several advantages: If the email sender is not yet in Vertec, it can be added via a button. If the sender is already known, the app will display the activity feed. Emails can also be saved without an existing contact. If neither the email address nor the contact are known, there are three options:
The Outlook app shows the activity feed of the selected contact, including the activities of other employees. You can view emails, offers, customer inquiries, and order processing.
Search results appear as a drop-down list. Simply tap to filter the list.
Emails can be integrated into CRM and assigned to projects. Attachment is saved and can be downloaded. Outgoing emails are also saved and can be searched by name or company of the recipient.
Templates created in Vertec can be selected, edited, and sent in the Outlook App.
Calendar entries such as customer appointments can be entered in Vertec as a service or activity. With a button, these entries can be assigned projects, phases or service types and are shown in the sidebar after saving.
