Vertec offers you a convenient solution for the address management of all business contacts. Store all contact information for existing customers, potential new customers, employees, suppliers and service providers centrally in one location. You can also map complex relationships between addresses, projects, cases and customers on orders in the CRM software.
Address management is a key component of Vertec. It is linked to many other functions and supports you in acquisition, evaluation and personnel management.
In Vertec, you can use the address types Company, Contact (connection of company and employee in company), Person and couple (connection of two people). In each address, classic address information such as surname, first name, address, title, gender, language can be assigned. In addition, individual fields such as complimentary closed, Christmas card yes/no can be added.
Address management is clearly structured. You can map relationships such as parent and subsidiaries, board and board mandates, shareholders and holdings as well as events and attendees. Other Functions such as duplicate checking, storing secondary addresses, full-text search, Excel export for bulk e-mails or the integrated mail merge function round off the flexible address management.

Yes, you can use an existing Excel template to import customer data such as address and telephone numbers from your previous program or address book into Vertec (see also Address Import). Alternatively, individual address migrations from existing databases are also possible.
