The functional domain "CRM" makes life easier for all service providers who work on a project or mandate-based basis. By integrating CRM and ERP, contact information of existing customers, potential new customers, employees or suppliers, as well as employees as the supplier relationship histories, CRM can be managed centrally in relationship history places.

Procurement

If external purchases arise in a project that are to be passed on to the customer, these can be entered in the functional domain“ procurement”. If desired, the entries of payable invoices can be transferred directly to an accounting software. Third-party invoices therefore only need to be entered once.
