As the company continues to expand, careful forecasting of future revenues is essential. Vertec has therefore implemented a rigorous forecasting logic, complemented by the mapping of internal services that feed into the performance measurement for the business units.

Data from Vertec as the basis for highly sophisticated BI analyses with Spotfire

As a systems integrator of the world’s leading software platforms, Dataciders QuinScape also uses these tools for its own purposes. For example, the analytics tool Spotfire from TIBCO Inc. is used, which collects Vertec data and prepares it in cockpits in a very transparent and flexible manner.

Combined with the data from financial accounting, the management and team leaders now have an all-round view of the company and the business units. Instead of visualizations with Excel, relevant data can be created as needed via a very simple menu navigation in Spotfire.
