All users in Vertec are created as editors with their own access data according to a configurable password policy.
Each user is assigned to a user group and an editor level.
The user groups control the rights and settings for holidays, vacations and working hours. In case of deviation or part-time spending, the settings of the user groups can be overridden on the individual user.
The user level, on the other hand, controls the hourly rate to be charged for their services via the tariff system.
The absence list is available on each user, in which, for example, holidays or absences due to illness can be entered.
If absences are maintained in Vertec, there are no standard hours in these periods. This does not apply to vacations/vacations, which are also managed in absences. With the service entry, users and team leaders keep an overview of hours worked and overtime.
The entered presence times and services are compared with the standard hours entered.
