Vertec offers a CRM for all service providers working on a project or mandate basis. All contact information and the respective relationship histories can be managed centrally in one location, whether of existing customers, potential new customers, employees or suppliers.
The basis for the Vertec CRM is the addresses and the activities, for the documentation of the relationship history.
There are four types of address in Vertec, all of which are equal.
In the project, an address is used as an external role, e.g. customer. However, the customer should always be a company or a person.
Contacts are people in companies. All contact-specific information is maintained on the contact.
Vertec offers two ways to capture contacts.
Contacts as independent objects attached solely to the company.
Contacts as links between person and company.
The person with their private address information is an independent object. People can thus be assigned to several companies or used in different roles in Vertec.
The most important information about an address is: what was communicated and exchanged, when and with whom? In Vertec, all interactions can be documented with the help of activities, thus creating a complete relationship history.
An activity can be an appointment, a meeting, a call, an email conversation, or a document. It can be linked to and viewed on objects such as contacts, opportunities, projects, or invoices.
For example, activities with contacts of a company can also be viewed on the company. Interested parties gain an immediate overview of the last points of contact with the corresponding customer. Activity histories, including exchanged documents, can be maintained on a customer project and can be viewed by everyone.
An activity can also have a task character and be managed as a deadline or pending. Responsible users can be specified and follow-up templates can be stored. Users can be reminded automatically by means of individually customizable notifications.
Activity can also be recorded on a mobile phone in the Vertec Phone app and email conversations can be easily saved using the Vertec Outlook app. Directly from Outlook, the email is saved as an activity in Vertec and can be made visible to anyone granted access.
In connection with CRM, the following additional features are available:
Provides a set of address and CRM folders, with detailed searches for addresses, activities or emails, with categories for evaluation, as well as customizable keyword folders for dispatch.
Knowledge Base
