User rights for custom fields

If no authorization is granted, users have the same rights on a custom field as on the entry on which the custom field is located.

The custom items are treated in the same way as normal fields in the vertec for permissions. For example, you create a custom item number on the class project.

When assigning the right user, this custom field can then be selected like the other fields from the list, e.g.:

The custom items must be accepted or rejected individually. There is no way to generally approve or block all custom items on a class, unless they are located on a custom class. In this case, with the granting of the right for the custom class, the custom items located on it are also approved.
