In addition to an overview of each report, you will also find the registration information on how the report is registered in Vertec.
The work record lists the entered time of presence, entered services, difference to standard hours, absences including text and the overtime balance from the service entry per day. A date interval can be selected during the execution. Overtime and work breaks (presence time) are also output.
Creates a report on the selected users with sales, productivity, and hours worked. The numbers are summed up per user. When running the report, a date range is queried. The default is the last month.

Displays the vacation taken per month and a balance calculation up to the selected date with the available vacation credit per employee.
First, a date range must be entered. By default, the 1.1. of the current year up to today is shown.
Due to the Vertec vacation calculation, it is not possible to go back further than to the last manual vacation carryover. The start date of the evaluation is therefore determined per user as follows:

Employees who joined after the bis date do not appear in the report.
Displays the user’s services grouped and summed by working days.
Shows under project the quantity of hours worked per day and project as well as the vacations. After the Total
absences of the types “sick” and “holidays” are listed, followed by the Total inkl. Abwesenheiten
. Finally, there are any compensation hours. In the following sections, a table on the balance of overtime and holiday payments is presented.
The holiday cut-off date is set to 01.01. of the year. The holiday statement on this report is therefore only correct if the Holiday Cut-Off Date is set to 01.01. (default).
Displays the employee’s expenses to be reimbursed from expense entry for the selected period, grouped by expense type.
Can be run on a user or on a list of users. A query will appear for the year to be evaluated. The report shows the balances per month and lists the forward.
Creates a time statement for the employee, divided into productive and unproductive, each in percent for actual time and target time.
The Absence List report shows a list for each employee that visually shows absences such as vacations, holidays, and compensations in different colors. It runs on an annual basis, querying the year at a time. Four sheets show a quarter at a time.
This report has been replaced with Vertec 6.6 by the Plug-in: overview absences .
Displays the summed services for the selected week per user. Each user is shown in a row.
