User right Creation of projects / phases

The rights should be assigned in such a way that the corresponding employee can create and manage projects and project phases, but cannot view and change services from other employees or total service amounts on the project or phase.

Create a user group (e.g. Project Specialist) to which you assign the following rights.

It is also possible to accept the rights of an existing user group. For a better overview, however, we recommend creating a new user group.

Then assign to the user group those editors who should receive these rights.

Grant the following user rights:

Please note that all fields of projects and phases can be edited in this way, including budgets, custom items, etc.

• Projects and phases can be entered and edited. All fields can be edited.
• Invoices for such projects cannot be created.
• Services of other users cannot be entered or changed. The list of open services then looks like this:
