HR root folder

Sql folder for searching for project users.

Keyword Folder folder containing a categorization of project users by language skills. The languages can be customized individually.

Sql folder that shows the addresses of all active users in Vertec. The list can be filtered by team leader or by checkbox only active users. Using the fields Name and Kürzel can be searched for specific users.

Evaluations

Operator evaluation at effective date

Sql folder that displays the employment level for all active users, as well as worker balances for a selectable effective date.

Worker absences

Sql folder that displays all employee absences that overlap with the selected period.

Root folder HR with the following subfolders:

• Editor search
• User Language skills
• Addresses of employees
• Evaluations

•  User group HR: Controls the visibility of the root folder HR.

The editors must be User group assigned to the appropriate user group.
