The challenges you will overcome

Correspondence with customers and sales partners, offer and contract management

Negotiations with interlocutors at all levels of the hierarchy

Collaboration in the automation of processes

Various support service types in the field of financial controlling and accounting

Supporting suppliers and managing our office infrastructure

Participation in ISO 9001 quality management

Support in the planning of events

What you bring

You have experience in the commercial field, especially in finance and accounting

You combine analytical skills with numerical affinity and a healthy pragmatism

You are an agile, entrepreneurial and service-oriented person with a great sense of responsibility

You are characterized by good communication skills and pleasure in customer contact

You have a very good command of the common Microsoft Office programs  

You have a very good knowledge of German as well as a solid knowledge of English and an exact and goal-oriented way of working

You value an independent way of working, take matters into your own hands and can set the right priorities for many tasks
