The Trustee Software of Vertec forms the basis for new, attractive offers at Aktiv Treuhand AG: Thank to Vertec, the service provider’s customers can directly post data to their fiduciary’s server. This makes cumbersome and error-prone data transfers superfluous.
A well-thought-out IT architecture has been a high priority for Aktiv Treuhand AG right from the start. The two company founders Daniel Mächler and Franz Felber know that a modern IT structure is the basis for a successful business activity for a service provider. That is why they have relied on Vertec since the company was founded in 2007.
Internally, the performance software is particularly important for simple service entry, timely invoicing and simple controlling: “As a small company, it is crucial to know about the profitability of individual cases at all times,” says Managing Director Daniel Mächler. a real novelty of Vertec’s complete solution is the direct connection of customers to the company’s SAGE financial accounting system. Trustee customers can transfer their financial accounting data to the trust office’s server in real time via a secure Internet connection. For customers, this eliminates the need to transfer data to the fiduciary, and the data is backed up daily.

Thanks to the established IT environment, the Treuhandbüro can also make other IT applications available to its customers via the Internet, such as payroll applications or Vertec’s own performance software.
