The Privacy Policy applies to the Vertec Phone App.

Access rights of the app

For operation, some minimal information (e.g. regarding login) is stored in the app’s memory. From the app, functions of the smartphone can be called up, such as making phone calls or displaying addresses in a map app. However, the Vertec Phone App does not receive any data from these apps.

The Phone App allows you to save receipt images on an expense entry. If this feature is used and the user accepts the necessary user rights to the Phone App (access to camera or photo storage), the photos taken or selected are added to the expense entry by Vertec and transmitted to the Vertec Cloud Server used.

Transfer of data to third parties

No data is transmitted to companies of Vertec Group or to third parties. Data is exchanged exclusively with the Vertec Cloud Server, which is saved as a URL in the settings of the Phone App (The Cloud Server is, of course, operated by Vertec in the case of “Cloud Suite” – here, the Cloud Suite provisions of Vertec apply). No local storage of Vertec data takes place, except for session and login data.
